  • The customer will pay in full for items bought plus P&P through PayPal.

  • As our Tz are ‘print to order’ we only hold a limited amount of stock. If we do not currently hold your item, an order is placed with the printing company we use. In this case, please allow up to 28 days (worst case scenario-not including Op destinations) for your purchase to arrive with you. If we do have it in stock, we aim to post the very next working day, so please allow 7-14 working days before making enquries.

  • We will never send out a faulty product. If the printers deliver your order to us damaged in any way, we have 7 days in which to return it. But, if your order should arrive with you damaged through the Post, you the customer have 30 days from receipt of payment to return the goods to us, including full details of faults. This does not include loose stitching, washing machine damage/shrinkage or the item not fitting.
  • If we have mistakenly sent you a different size to that ordered, you still have 10 days to return the item, where you shall then be sent the correct size ASAP, at no extra charge, providing the item is returned to Forces Tz in its original condition and packaging. In the case that you return an incorrect product with any sign of damages, you will NOT be sent a replacement, and you will NOT be refunded. We shall email you with our findings, stating our decision. If you can prove the item wasn’t damaged your end, then Forces Tz will pay back 50% of the total on your receipt. Upon purchasing any T found on Forces Tz, you agree to the terms set down.
  • Please note that NO claim on faulty goods will be accepted after the expiration of 10 days upon receipt of postage. If we receive your returns after 10 days, with no prior contact before the expiration date, NO refund will be given whatsoever. We will only make exceptions for returned Tz after the 10 days if they are being returned from Operational areas, or BFG. And that is still ONLY if we receive prior contact before the 10 days is up. Upon purchasing any T found on Forces Tz, you agree to the terms set down.
  • ALL sales are final. You cannot cancel your order once payment has been completed.
  • If you made a mistake in your order (i.e. chose the wrong size), you must contact us stright away. If you don’t get in touch within that time, your order may be already making its way to you, or it may have been sent to print.
  • ALL goods remain the property of Forces Tz until paid for in full.

Shipping is FREE to Op Herrick addresses only. Please ensure you state the full address and name of Serviceman/woman in the text box provided before clicking ‘Add to Cart’.

How it works: Forces-tz.com has been set up with two ‘Add to Cart’ options: the first button is for UK and BFG destinations only. For Op Herrick: when you find a t-shirt you like, please fill out your full Herrick address in the box provided before clicking the ‘Add to Cart’ button located below the text box. You need only do this once when adding multiple products, but please continue to use this button to ensure no postage charges are added to your total. If you make a mistake and end up with a postage charge on your invoice, Forces Tz will refund the cost, as soon as the error is known to us.

We cannot provide personal messages in with the orders. We suggest that any order going to personnel on Ops is ordered by the serviceman/woman his/her self.
Because of BFPO rules, we will not accept orders addressed to ‘A Soldier In Afghanistan’, or ‘A Soldier at Camp Bastion’, or any other variation. We will only accept orders requested to Op Herrick destinations that are made by those serving on tour, or by their families.
